We will start with the basics, where our team will spend time educating you on the differences between proteins, carbohydrates, sugars, and fats, and will give you a detailed handout to take home with you. We offer multiple nutritional handouts including a snack-reference guide and a detailed meal plan. We also offer customized meal plans for an additional fee. 

Some would say the solution of losing weight is easy: eat less and exercise more.
